Gauge Size: 16G (1.2mm).

These horseshoe rings can be used for most 16G piercings including septum, lip, cartilage, daith, tragus, helix, rook, eyebrow etc.

Materials: 316L surgical steel internally threaded horseshoe ring with a rose gold titanium alloy ion plated finish, and two 4mm natural stone balls.Β

{Please see our other listings for this design in pure titanium or plain surgical steel, or with a gold or black finish instead of rose gold.}

Diameter: Your choice between 5/16" (8mm) or 3/8" (10mm).

Everyone's piercing needs are unique, however if you are going to use this ring for your septum piercing, generally the 5/16" (8mm) diameter will provide a petite/snug fit that hugs your septum, while 3/8" (10mm) provides a more standard/traditional fit.Β

If you are not sure what gauge size or diameter you need for your piercing, please clickΒ here to view our 'Piercing Size Guide'. We've also compiled a helpful collection of photos submitted by our customers modeling different septum size examples which can be found here.Β

Please note that the colors and patterns of your stone balls may vary slightly from the photos due to natural materials.

Each ring is sold individually, so please order a quantity of "2" if you need a pair!

For both hygienic reasons and also due to the custom nature of our items, our store doesΒ NOTΒ accept any returns or exchanges. Please make sure that you know you correct piercing sizeΒ *before*Β placing an order with us, or you are more than welcome to reach out to us directly via email for advice or further guidance as well!

We put together every item in our store carefully and thoughtfully by hand, and we always make sure to test each piece of jewelry for perfect compatibility and smooth threading prior to shipment. Therefore, we do not offer any replacement balls, natural stone beads or other jewelry parts for sale by themselves, only as a proper matched set.

━━━━━━━━━ ☼ ☽ ━━━━━━━━━

Always be gentle with your ring when you are twisting on the stone ball endings, so that you do not accidentally strip their threading by over-tightening them.

If you continue twisting the balls past the point where they reach a soft, natural stopping place at the end of their threading, you will likely strip them and damage your jewelry.

With that being said, all kinds of body jewelry with threading do naturally loosen with daily wear and body movement. In order to prevent the stone balls from becoming lost, you should regularly and *very gently* tighten them as needed.

━━━━━━━━━ ☼ ☽ ━━━━━━━━━

Our natural stone balls are secured to their metal threading using non-toxic adhesive. In order to keep the stones intact, please do NOT boil your horseshoe ring, or soak it in any alcohol-based products to sanitize it. Doing so will soften the adhesive and may cause the stones to become dislodged.

Instead, please sanitize your ring using *only* warm water and antibacterial soap prior to inserting it into your piercing. You should also periodically take out your piercing jewelry and gently scrub the threading with warm water and antibacterial soap to prevent any build up and to keep your piercing free from contaminants, etc.

━━━━━━━━━ ☼ ☽ ━━━━━━━━━

Please avoid wearing any body jewelry with a colored finish/plating, including this horseshoe ring, if you have had a prior allergic reaction to plated jewelry or are hypersensitive to non-hypoallergenic metals.

If you need a hypoallergenic alternative, we recommend this design in plain 316L surgical steel without a colored finish, or pure implant grade titanium.

Plated Jewelry Care Instructions:

β€’ In order to keep your ion plated jewelry looking like new, do not use rubbing alcohol or saline to sanitize them, because these methods can damage the finish.

β€’ To sanitize the jewelry before insertion, please use *only* warm water and antibacterial soap.

β€’ Avoid direct contact with perfumes, body lotion, and any other alcohol based products including mouthwash, or anything abrasive that can damage the finish.Β

β€’ Wipe the jewelry with a soft cloth to clean it after use.
