316L Surgical Steel 16G Curved Barbell

Each curved barbell is sold individually. Please order a quantity of "2" if you need a pair!

These curves can be used for most 16G piercings including rook, tragus, eyebrow, vertical lip, etc.

Materials: Hypoallergenic 100% Solid 316L surgical steel externally threaded bar and balls. This piece is completely waterproof, and a great choice for everyday wear!

Gauge Size: Standard 16G (1.2mm).

Length: Your choice between 1/4" (6mm), 5/16" (8mm), 3/8" (10mm) or 1/2" (12mm).

Ball size: 3mm, 4mm or 5mm.

The standard length for rook and eyebrow piercings is 5/16" (8mm), while vertical lip piercings are equally common in 5/16" (8mm) and 3/8" (10mm) lengths.

Always be gentle with your barbell when you are twisting on the ball endings, so that you do not accidentally strip the threading by over-tightening them. If you continue twisting the balls past the point where they reach a soft, natural stopping place at the end of their threading, you will most likely damage the jewelry.

With that being said, all kinds of body jewelry with threading do naturally loosen with daily wear and body movement, especially facial piercings. In order to prevent the ball endings from becoming lost, you must regularly and *very gently* tighten them as needed.
